U.S & Canada

Who is covered:

Hardt’s parts and labor warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies only to equipment purchased for use in the United States and Canada, unless otherwise stated.

Coverage period:

2-year parts and labor, the most extensive in the industry, commencing on the date of installation or 8 weeks from the shipment date, whichever comes first.

Warranty coverage:

This warranty covers on-site labor, parts and reasonable travel time and travel expenses of the authorized service partner up to 150 miles away and 2 hours travel time. Work is performed during regular, weekday business hours. Overtime must be pre-approved and only applies in cases where revenue generating equipment is deemed non-operational.
