While we make our equipment as user friendly as possible, effective training will go a long way in extending the longevity of the equipment. It is for this reason, as required, that Hardt provides our customers with extensive on-site training that covers everything from morning startup to end-of-day cleaning.
Checklist to ensure your equipment is up and running properly
Hardt’s Trainers are responsible for attending new openings, remodels and teaching staff how to correctly use and maintain the equipment. The Hardt Trainer will give any support needed during a store opening/remodel. They will ensure the installation is correct; that the staff is properly trained and comfortable using the equipment; they will review food preparation and food safety with your staff; and they will also make suggestions that may improve deli processes.
Documentation packaging for operator support
Hardt will provide training manuals, work-aids, and customized manuals for specific food programs. Hardt has also organized content for our customers’ intranet sites. The focus on reliable documented information helps ensure that your programs are continuously successful.
