The Blaze is a gas-fired open-flame rotisserie. Hardt's patented technology makes the Blaze exceptionally energy-efficient and inexpensive to operate. The Blaze features simple-to-use controls and can be sprayed down at the end of the day for easy cleaning
It is capable of roasting up to 40 chickens in 90 minutes using HARDT's patented heating technology significantly reducing operating and maintenance costs.
The Blaze features an attractive open flame to improve merchandising and is therefore well suited to front of the house operations.
An open flame model rotisserie is also recommended if you plan to cook items other than poultry. The new technology design allows for greater cooking flexibility and will produce optimal results.
A waterpan on the bottom of the oven creates humidity to further ensure food is moist and serves as a cleaning aid by catching grease drippings.
The Blaze is made of all stainless steel, and even comes with double pane door for large viewing area and cooler outer glass for safe operation.
The Blaze works with propane or natural gas. Optional Skirt & shelf kit allow you to customize the look of your oven.
